Adjacent to Long Beach City College Liberal Arts Campus, it’s desirable due to it’s larger than typical lots and semi-custom-built homes. Along Norse Way is the shopping center built in 1941 was originally built for Douglas Aircraft Company workers. This neighborhood is proximate to Long Beach airport, LBX – The Hanger shopping / restaurants and communal open space, and the aerospace industry, to the south.
